Just the right height!

Caught in the act.

It was one of them, I swear.

Such an innocent face!

  2. So peaceful…is that the right words for deer? We used to have many in our old house. I’ve seen 3 here in 2 years. Yesterday we saw a doe, today we saw her with a fawn. Very unusual but sweet none the less.

  16. They’re so darling. We’ve been to a few wooded areas around the state lately but I still haven’t seen one in years and I’ve never gotten a photo. You must get a lot of good birds there, too.

  38. Oh my goodness, that last shot is about the most adorable thing I’ve seen (outside of Peanut and Twix)! I have issues with squirrels at my feeders, but have never seen a deer steal a snack like this! Maybe I should put out more feeders so they leave my day lilies alone. 🙂

  39. You have captured them so sweetly. We were in Virginia a few weeks back and saw lots of them. Of course we have them here but not usually in the yard. I love how the last one just sat down to take a rest. Nicely captured Lisa.
